DAY 1
Arrive in Delhi and from there to proceeds to Shimla. On arrival in Shimla check in to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Shimla hotel. About Shimla: - The former summer capital of the British in India, and the present capital of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla has been blessed with all the natural bounties which one can think of. It has got a scenic location; it is surrounded by green hills with snow capped peaks. The spectacular cool hills accompanied by the structures made during the colonial era create an aura which is very different from other hill stations.
DAY 2
Today morning after breakfast at hotel, drive to Kufri situated at an altitude of 2,630 meters. Kufri is famous for Nature’s beauty and adventure activities. Visit Himalayan Nature Park also known as Kufri Zoo has several animals/birds of the area including species of tom cats, Deer, Bear, Snow Leopard and birds which includes Himalayan Monal, that is the kingdom hen of Himachal Pradesh and Pheasants. It preserves the Himalayan natural world and showcases the biodiversity of Kufri. Horses and yaks are there for rides (on direct payment basis). Late afternoon back to Shimla and Visit Jakhoo Temple an altitude of 2,500 meters. Jakhoo Temple is dedicated to Lord Hanuman. Evening time visit Mall road, Christ church, Kalibari temple, Scandle point, Lakkar bazzar and Lower Bazar (By walk only). After that back to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY 3
Today morning after breakfast at hotel, checkout from Shimla hotel and drive to Manali. On the way visit Sundar Nagar Lake, Pandoh Dam, Hanogi Mata Temple, Kullu Valley, Kullu Vaishno Devi Temple, Kullu River Rafting Point and Shawl Factories. After that drive to Manali, Manali is also famous for adventure sports like skiing, mountaineering, paragliding, rafting, trekking, kayaking, and mountain biking. In short, Manali is an ideal place for the ones in search of both adventure and comfort. Manali is also called “Valley of Gods”. On arrival check in to the Manali hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY 4
Today morning after breakfast leave your hotel and go to explore Solang Valley up to snow line (Rohtang Pass is closed from December to May due to heavy snow fall). Solang Valley derives its name from combination of words Solang (Nearby village) and Nallah (water stream). It is a side valley at the top of the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh, India 14 km northwest of the resort town Manali on the way to Rohtang Pass, and is known for its summer and winter sport conditions. The sport’s most commonly offered are paragliding, skiing and zorbing. Giant slopes of lawn comprise Solang Valley and provide its reputation as a popular ski resort. A few ski agencies offering courses and equipment reside here and operate only during winters. Enjoy adventure activities like Skiing, Horse Riding, Rope-way, Yak Riding, Paragliding and Zorbing at your own expenses (If available). Return back to Manali. Visit Hadimba Devi temple, Club house, Van Vihar, Tibetan monastery, Vashisht village and Hot springs (Dedicated to Vashisht Muni & well known for its hot Curable water and Religious). Evening you will be free to explore the Mall Road & IBEX Market of Manali. 1. Hadimba Devi Temple:- It is chief central of interest in Manali, dedicated to the goddess Hadimba, the Wife of Bheema of Mahabharata Fame, This is wooden temple, In the dense forest of magnificent deodar, is about 2.5 KMS from the Mall. It is a pleasant stroll to the temple which was built in 1553 A.D. 2. Vashisht (3.5 KMS from Mall):- Hot Sulphur Water springs – which is widely believed as an effective skin diseases healer and posses various medical properties. Nearby to it, is the pyramidal stone temple dedicated to Vashisht Muni & Lord Rama temple. 3. Tibetan-Monastery (0.5 KMS):- This Gadhan Thekchoking Gompa dominates the Tibetan area built in 1969. The main attraction of the monastery is the handicrafts of Tibetan artistry and the carpets that are woven and sold in the monastery. 4. Club House (2 KMS from Mall):- The Club House in Manali is an amusement and adventure retreat set up on the banks of the Manalsu Nalla, a branch of the breathtaking Beas River. It is one place in the Manali Valley that has something for the entire family - whether it is indoor games/sports, entertainment or recreational activities. There is also a restaurant where scrumptious local and international cuisine is served along with an auditorium, library and a video game centre. Overnight stay at Manali hotel.
DAY 5
Morning breakfast at hotel and drive to Dharamshala, perched on the high slopes of the Kangra valley. En-route visit Shiva temple at Baijnath & tea garden at Palampur. Check into the hotel on arrival. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Dharamshala hotel. About Dharamshala: Dharamshala is a city in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Surrounded by cedar forests on the edge of the Himalayas, this hillside city is home to the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan government-in-exile. The Thekchen Chöling Temple Complex is a spiritual centre for Tibetan Buddhism, while the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives houses thousands of precious manuscripts.
DAY 6
Morning breakfast at hotel. After breakfast check-out from hotel and Visit St. John Church, Mcleodganj Market, Dalai Lama Temple, Bhagsunath Temple & Bhagsu Water Fall. Later drive to Dalhousie. Dalhousie, a charming hill station with wooded hills, waterfalls and rivulets. Check into the hotel on arrival. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Dalhousie hotel.
DAY 7
Morning breakfast at hotel. After breakfast go to visit Khajjiar, 23 kms from Dalhousie by road and 13 kms from Kalatop is the mini Switzerland of India i.e. Khajjiar, at a height of 6400 ft. Hutchison writes, "Khajjiar is a forest glade of great beauty, 6400 feet above sea level" known as the mini Switzerland of India and is surrounded by dense pine and deodar forests. There is a small lake in the center with a floating island and 9-hole golf course here. Enjoy zorbing & paragliding (on direct payment basis). Visit Khajjiar Sanctuary & Khajinag Temple at Khajjiar, known as one of the most charming spots in the Himalayas. Late afternoon back to Dalhousie and visit Subhash Baoli, Gandhi Chowk, Memorial at Panchpulla and seven springs at satdhara. Evening visit Mall Road & Tibetan market. Overnight stay in Dalhousie hotel.
DAY 8
Today morning after breakfast, check out from Manali hotel and drive to Delhi. After reaching in Delhi and drop at Delhi Airport /Railway Station.
